Barbara L. Peterson, PhD, PMHCNS, APRN, Nasra Giama, DNP, RN, PHN

Barbara Peterson is Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity with the University of Minnesota School of Nursing and is the Specialty Coordinator of the Psychiatric-Mental Health Doctor of Nursing Practice (PMHDNP) program. In her current practice, she treats underserved urban youth at a Federally Qualified Health Care Center in Minneapolis. Peterson is committed to creating equitable and inclusive spaces for service and learning, and providing holistic mental health care to underrepresented populations. Nasra H. Giama is a Clinical Associate Professor and Assistant Director, Inclusivity, Diversity & Equity at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing.
